Each bag is made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be crafted before dispatch, in addition to shipping transit times. Delivery timeframes can be found here.

Need it sooner? A Rush Order option is available for an additional fee, prioritising your order in our production queue. If you require your bag by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.

Wipe your bag with a soft, microfibre cloth and store in the included dust bag to prevent scratches and damage. Avoid coming into contact with harsh chemicals and products such as perfumes and lotions.

Whilst every care is taken during the making of our bags, we understand damage can occur with wear and use. If you need replacement studs, we’re more than happy to help. Simply email us⁠ or fill out our contact form⁠ to arrange replacement parts.

For other repairs, please get in touch with details of the damage. Repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll let you know what can be done and whether any repair costs apply.

More or less yes, but after testing several spike designs and prototypes, we have carefully positioned the longer spikes to make our bags as comfortable as possible to carry. They don’t get in the way, promise! If you are still concerned about the length, we recommend choosing the mini spike option for a more comfortable fit.

This product is not intended for use as a weapon, and STUDIO ÆRION takes no liability for any improper use. We have consulted with local authorities and are confident that this bag can be freely carried in public, as long as it is being used for its intended purpose. Entry to private spaces are subject to venue management.
