AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Delivery times vary depending on location. PO Box delivery is available.
All delivery times are in addition to the lead time for all our made to order items (5-7 business days).

Standard Shipping (free): 2-6 business days
Express Shipping ($10): 1-3 business days 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

NZ Standard Shipping ($22): 4-7 business days

Worldwide shipping is available to most other countries, turnaround time is between 5-9 business days. If you cannot see your country at checkout, please contact us for a quote.

All duties and taxes are responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery timeframes do not include the time it takes for your order to be made. Items are made to order, with a 7-10 business day turnaround.

STUDIO AERION are not responsible for carrier shipping delays or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our items being handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

We are able to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in as new condition, with all original packaging attached. Return shipping costs are responsibility of the purchaser, and goods are your responsibility until we receive the item back. We recommend returning items using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot offer a refund or exchange if your return is lost in transit.

Products marked as sample are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

However, if you have been sent an incorrect product or believe your product to be faulty, please email us with photos or fill out our contact form so we can address any issues promptly.

REPAIRS

While every care is taken during the making of our pieces, we understand that damage can occasionally occur with wear and use.

If you need replacement studs, we're more than happy to help. Simply email us or fill out our contact form for replacement parts.

For other repairs, please get in touch with details of the damage. Repairs are assessed on a case by case basis, and we'll let you know what can be done and whether any repair costs apply.
